A 2008 Orbit gum ad with a wonderfully quirky twist: a retro-styled beekeeper in a straw hat and paisley blouse stands by a white fence with one arm covered in a living swarm of bees. A pack of Orbit Sweet Mint gum sits beside the swarm, and the vintage-housewife styling mixed with deadpan humor is pure 2000s advertising.
