Skate or Die 2 Video Game 1990s Print Advertisement Ad 1990
Two skater kids hang out in a graffiti-splattered, cracked-wall bedroom in this 1990 Electronic Arts ad: one lounges on a worn green couch holding an NES controller while the other sits on the floor in a Santa Cruz shirt, with a big TV showing the game logo. Skateboards, stickers and neon marker doodles fill every corner, a true snapshot of early 1990s skate culture. Photo credit reads George Fry III.
